Tranquil Touring Park wins ‘Best Adult Only Site’ for sixth year…

Tranquil Touring Parks’ member, Bath Chew Valley Caravan Park, is the ‘Best Adult Only Site’ in the U.K. according to Practical Caravan Magazine’s Top 100 Sites survey. ‘Bath Chew’, as the caravan park is affectionately known, has been voted best adult site for the last six years, 2009 – 2014.

“A hugely popular site” is how the magazine describes this Somerset touring park located at Bishop Sutton, a village in the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Chew Lake championship fishing venue and wildlife reserve is a short walk from the park. “Staying here was like staying in someone’s private garden with all the trees and shrubs”, commented one guest, while others praised the “friendliness of the staff”, “amazing wash block” and the fact the park is open all year-round.
